Historical conferences

July 16 – historical conferences – starting at 2 p.m.

At 2:00 p.m., come and attend the conference given by Jacques Bouchard, author of the book “Chevrier”, which tells the story of Jacques Chevrier, a pilot who died off Cap-Chat during an operation to hunt down German submarines.

Mr. Tom Eden, from the Baie-des-Chaleurs Military Museum will also be on hand to present the interviews “Gaspé at the time of the Second World War” conducted with Fabien Sinnett and Gérald Giasson.

The activity is free and will take place in the hydrobase of the Birthplace of Canada.
